- Reservations and Payments
- To confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit of the total tour cost is required.
- The remaining 50% must be paid before the start of the tour, either:
- 48 hours in advance if paying by card (no extra fees).
- Upon arrival at the meeting point if paying in cash (Peruvian soles or US dollars).
- Reservations are subject to availability and will be confirmed once the deposit is received and written confirmation is provided.
- Liability
- Amazon Wildlife Tours is committed to providing safe and professional tourism services but is not responsible for losses, accidents, illnesses, delays, or any other events beyond its control.
- Participation in our activities implies acceptance of certain risks inherent to natural environments and wildlife encounters.
- Health and Medical Conditions
- It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements prior to the tour.
- It is strongly recommended to have travel insurance that includes medical assistance and evacuation coverage in remote areas.
- Itinerary Changes
- Due to weather, safety, or logistical reasons, Amazon Wildlife Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary without prior notice.
- If any activity cannot be carried out, a comparable alternative will be offered.
- Use of Images
- Photos and videos may be taken during the tours. These may be used for promotional purposes unless the client states otherwise in writing before the tour begins.
